No-BS Path to Recovery from Chronic Illness.
For those who’ve tried supplements, medication & brain training — but still feel stuck.
Helping people with Long Covid, NS dysregulation, POTS, MECFS & chronic pain heal, through emotional processing.
(and why I built On the Mend)
About Me
Hey 👋
I’m Harry and before 2020 I was a fit and healthy 22 year old, and a GB judo athlete.
I then caught Covid and my life turned upside down:
Paranoia
Fatigue
Malaise
Brain Fog
Food intolerances
I spent the following year being told there was nothing wrong with me by doctors.
I gradually saw improvements, getting back to training & living life, but still with unaddressed issues.
This all came to a head when I became hospitalised after a silent meditation retreat.
This was my lowest point weird neurological issues, OCD flares and constant pain, but I found a way out.
Today I love my life again. I work, I travel, I connect with my loved ones. I drink coffee, go for runs. It’s beautiful.
I’ve gone from bed-bound to training, to hospitalised, to back to loving life again. I believe recovery requires a holistic, personal approach based on emotional processing and expert support.
On the Mend + is the program I wish I had 4 years ago.
How Does it Work?
We work together for the next 12 months, and we have 3 core phases:
Phase 1: Stabilise & Regulate
🎯 Goal: Calm your nervous system, reduce overwhelm, and lay the foundation for healing.
✅ What happens in this phase:
Full assessment & personal roadmap created.
Gentle nervous system retraining starts.
Somatic & emotional processing introduced.
Crash‑day & flare‑up toolkit to feel safe quickly.
Guided introduction to EMDR‑inspired bilateral stimulation to feel safe in your body during emotional waves.
Phase 2: Release & Rewire
🎯 Goal: Address the root emotional & somatic patterns keeping you stuck, and rewire your nervous system for resilience.
✅ What happens in this phase:
Deeper weekly emotional release & somatic practices
Start your EMDR sessions to process trauma & stored survival energy.
Gradually expand your nervous system’s capacity for activity, socializing, and joy.
Pacing & activity safely increased.
Phase 3: Strengthen & Integrate
🎯 Goal: Build long‑term nervous system resilience, reintegrate into life fully, and maintain your progress.
✅ What happens in this phase:
Advanced regulation techniques & self‑trust skills.
Emotional mastery — fully process what you’ve been through.
Future planning: returning to career, training, relationships with confidence.
Win: you feel calm, strong, and free — able to live a full life without fear of relapse.

I hear this all the time — and I get it. You’ve probably tried supplements, diets, nervous system hacks, and various 'brain training' programs. The difference here is we address what most approaches miss: the nervous system and unresolved survival energy stored in the body. We don’t just give you information or another course — we guide you step by step through the actual work of processing the root emotional patterns that keep you stuck. This is why even people who’ve ‘tried everything’ finally see results here.

If you've watched my stuff, you'll know that I'm not going to BS you and tell you you'll be right as rain next week. This stuff is hard, physical, but my god is it worth it. Everyone’s journey is unique, but most people feel small but meaningful shifts within the first few weeks — like improved sleep, fewer crashes, or feeling calmer in their body. Deeper, longer‑term changes come as we move through the phases together, typically over several months. You’ll see progress at each stage, and I’ll be there to adjust the pace for your body.

You don’t have to spill your life story or relive your trauma for this to work. The emotional & somatic work we do is gentle, guided, and focused on helping your nervous system feel safe enough to integrate — not digging up memories. Many people are surprised how much shifts without needing to ‘talk through’ things. Processing like this is physical, not cognitive.

Those programs can be helpful for some people (me for example) — but they’re often rigid, impersonal, and don’t address the deeper emotional and somatic processing needed for full recovery. What we do here is highly personalised, more advanced, and includes the physical, embodied emotional work those programs leave out. I built this program because I had this exact experience. I found some of the tools of these programs helpful, but unscientific and slightly shallow.

I won't lie to you, the program is a big investment. It's deeply personal and involves a tonne of professional support. I know it can feel like a big step — but so is living stuck in survival mode. But I also know how painful it is staying stuck, living in constant pain, fatigue and with no guidance. On the Mend+ isn't some BS course, it's an immersive guide to get your health, your future, and your ability to truly live again. If you’d like to talk through payment options, just let me know — we can explore ways to make it work.
